Position Summary:

The Paid Social Media Manager will be responsible for strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns with a primary focus on Facebook and TikTok. As part of the performance marketing team, your primary focus will be to execute a high-level of media buying across Facebook and strategize/execute a scaled growth plan for TikTok. You will also take on the media buying across other secondary social platforms (Pinterest, Snapchat) and establish best-practices to deliver sustainable growth. This role will report directly to the Head of Paid Social. This position requires at least 3 years of experience media buying across paid social platforms and someone who is passionate about performance marketing and eager to learn.


  • Strategy & Planning
    • Understanding of core KPI’s and how to hit them
    • Working closely with paid social team to forecast channel goals and priorities
    • Collaborate closely with the creative team, product team, brand team, affiliate/influencer team and data analysts to build holistic paid social campaigns that can be syndicated cross-platform
    • Go-to-market planning for new product launches and promotions
  • Execution & Growth
    • Build impactful, data-driven testing plans for scaled growth
    • Delivering on hard revenue targets
    • Day-to-day optimization of campaigns, creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies
    • Write impactful copy for paid social direct response campaigns in adherence to the brand voice
    • Work closely with our 3rd party vendors and adtech platforms
  • Reporting & Insights
    • Produce reporting, analyze data, and provide actionable insights across all major social platforms (including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tiktok, Snapchat, etc.)
    • Provide feedback on paid social content that would help drive conversion
    • Familiarity with Google Analytics
    • Assemble decks and write clear and concise insights to present to stakeholders


  • 3+ years of experience working in paid media buying with a focus on Facebook, Tiktok, Snapchat, Pinterest
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads manager, Tiktok Ads manager
  • Up to date on platform best practices and updates (IOS14)
  • 3+ years experience in customer acquisition/direct response marketing with thorough understanding of core KPI’s
  • Demonstrated capabilities in MS Excel and data analysis
  • Ability to identify & source trends or findings to stakeholders
  • Programmatic and/or ad trafficking experience a plus
