The Manager of Influencer Marketing & Operations role at Vegamour will be responsible for the day-to-day campaign management, operations, and execution of contracts across affiliate, paid and third-party influencer campaigns.

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, this role must be flexible and able to pivot, working collaboratively with the Digital, Social & Marketing cross-functional teams. This role requires exceptional time management, negotiation and analytical skills, with a focus on creating, building, and maintaining all influencer brand campaigns, contracts and key metrics.


  • Efficiently and effectively manage full execution of contracting brand partners post outreach
  • Assist with influencer correspondence post outreach, working with organic seeder to ensure all contracted partners have products in a timely manner
  • Maintain influencer database and spreadsheets with accurate and up to date brand partnerships contract information
  • Ensure influencer delivers content on time according to the brand's campaign and posting schedule
  • Manage content and caption reviewal process with appropriate cross-functional teams and providing feedback to brand partner
  • Direct internal content distribution, including reviewal, saving, and tagging all campaign content
  • Manage partner invoice submission and ensure partners deliver on executed contracts and are paid per contract requirements and timeline
  • Maintain and update brand guidelines and briefing decks as needed, ensuring partners have the most up to date information
  • Create and maintain influencer marketing content calendar and timelines to support larger organization
  • Taking innovative approaches to process improvement projects and change management initiatives
  • Keep track of KPIs and ROI of team, and keep all team members on track to hit goals
  • Provide insights, recommendations, and direction on creator development strategies


  • 5+ years work experience in an influencer marketing or media role, with a focus on digital platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, communications, journalism, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience using influencer platforms (e.g. Tribe, Grin, CJ and Rakuten) & managing influencers within each campaign
  • Ability to deal with a variety of personalities which sometimes will require influencing or providing alternative solutions on requests that do not fall into strategy
  • Excellent presentation, deck building, organization and communication skills
  • A team player with experience working in a team setting
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize demands
  • Self-direction and an ability to manage ambiguity
  • Understanding of FTC guidelines
  • Attention to detail is crucial
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite Products, Google Suite, Keynote, Monday & all social media platforms
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays
