Position Summary:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the digital media/performance marketing team with a primary emphasis on the paid social channel. As part of the performance marketing team, you will be responsible for day-to-day optimization of Facebook campaigns in Ads Manager and strategizing the best way to reach & convert new people utilizing a data-driven test and learn approach. This role will report directly to the Head of Paid Social. This position requires at least 1 year of experience working on a DR digital marketing team and someone who is passionate about performance marketing and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, execute, and optimize direct response campaigns and promotions across paid social channels, primarily Facebook & Instagram
  • Produce reporting, analyze data, and provide actionable insights across all major social platforms (including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tiktok, Snapchat, etc.)
  • Assemble decks and write clear and concise insights to present to stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team, product team, brand team, and data analysts to build holistic paid social campaigns that can be syndicated cross-platform
  • Work with project managers to ensure timely delivery of paid social creative assets
  • Write briefs and manage content production through influencer management platforms
  • Provide feedback on paid social content that would help drive conversion
  • Help to define and improve upon processes
  • Quality assurance checks for paid social ads (grammar, spelling, ad setup)
  • Write impactful copy for paid social direct response campaigns in adherence to the brand voice
  • Identify ways to reach new audiences through creative funnels
  • Work closely with our 3rd party vendors and adtech platforms
  • Work closely with SEO manager to plan and strategize content pieces for two owned & operated paid content publications
  • Collaborate with influencer marketing team to request and repurpose UGC content for campaign initiatives
  • Manage content publication 3rd party vendors
  • Lead the creative ad strategy for content publication campaigns from conception to execution
  • Provide support for the Paid Search Manager

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • 1 year experience in customer acquisition/direct response marketing with thorough understanding of core KPI’s
  • Experience using Facebook Ads Manager (or directly supporting)
  • Demonstrated capabilities in MS Excel and data analysis
  • Ability to identify & source trends or findings to stakeholders
