We are seeking an People Operations Manager to support our growing People team. Reporting to the Director of People, the ideal candidate has a growth mindset and is passionate about providing a supportive experience for our employees. This person will be key in the day-to-day HR support of Vegamour and will own a variety of functions from administrative HR responsibilities to performance management and employee relations.

The role is hybrid out of our LA office.


  • Manage all HR administrative functions from offer to exit, HRIS functions, data tracking, and auditing
  • Oversee and enhance employee filing systems
  • Run bi-weekly hourly payroll
  • Provide performance management, professional development, and employee relations coaching for managers and individual contributors
  • Partner cross-functionally with employees and managers by providing tools and resources to operate effectively
  • Manage distribution and data analysis of quarterly company surveys, retention, and engagement markers
  • Collaborate with Director of People to develop learning and development experiences tailored to team building, leadership development, and career progression
  • Contribute to the development of new HR programs and policies


  • Ability to exercise a high level of confidentiality, judgement, and compassion in dealing with sensitive employee matters
  • Excellent administrative skills, including strong ability to manage excel, Microsoft office, and organize project boards
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5+ years in a progressive HR role in a fast-paced environment; startup experience preferred
  • HR certification a plus
